Help support the local Epicopal School of Knoxville on Saturday, October 10, as we present the 4th annual Epicopal School of Knoxville 5K Run/Walk. Don't forget...our ESK Fall Festival is scheduled for October 24th, 2009, on the school campus. Everyone is welcome! Bring the family for a fun-filled day of games, prizes, food, drinks and great fellowship! Location The run/walk will start at The Cove subdivision, located behind the Regal Pinnacle Stadium movie theatre in Turkey Creek. Race Start-Time The race will begin at 8:00 A.M. on Saturday, October 10, 2009. Early Registration Early Registration is open until October 1, 2009. The cost for early registration is $20. There are two ways to register early: Online registration is available through Active.com (click here). Registration is available via mail by filling out a registration form and mailing it to the address below. All mailed-in forms must be postmarked by October 1st, 2009. Episcopal School of Knoxville Attn: 5K Entry Form 950 Episcopal School Way Knoxville, TN 37932 Day-Of-Race Registration Participants can register on the day of the race beginning at 6:45 A.M at The Cove subdivision in Turkey Creek, behind the Regal Pinnacle Stadium movie theatre. The cost of registration on the day of the race is $30. Packet Pick-Up Early registration participants can pick up packets on Friday, October 9th, from 12 - 7 P.M. at FLEET FEET (Turkey Creek location). Course Description The run/walk is on a quiet course with rolling hills winding through two subdivisions, with a portion of the route on a nature trail. Divisions Overall: Male/Female Male: 11 and under, 12-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and Over Female: 11 and under, 12-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and Over T-Shirts and Other Goodies T-Shirts will be provided to all early registration participants. They will be provided to race day registrants while supplies last. Tickets for games, food and drinks at the ESK Fall Festival will also be provided to all registrants. The festival is scheduled to be held on October 24th, 2009, on the school campus. Other goodies will be provided in the race packets by some of our sponsors. Awards and Prizes Special awards will be provided to top finishers in each division. All participants will be eligible for free door prize drawings which will take place immediately following the race. Race Results Timing will be provided by Roadkill Running Club.
